    (2) During journey safety and Convenience of tourist and security of Vehical will be top priority of the Driver Only.

    (3) Drunken or rash driving is strictly prohibited.

    (4) Driver cannot claim for compensation in case of any mishappening or mismanagement during or after completion of tour.

    (5) There will be No violation of tour itinerary.

    (6) Payment or any dues will be cleared at the time of completion of tour.
